Southwark School Meals compulsory questionnaire 2023 now launched
The annual compulsory questionnaire must be completed by school business managers (or eqivalent) for all primary schools and maintained nurseries by 31st May 2023.
It will take around 25-30 minutes to complete.
Completion is a requirement of the Free Healthy School Meals condition of grant.
Each completed questionnaire will be entered into a prize draw for Decathlon vouchers. First prize is £250 worth of vouchers and three runners up will receive a £50 voucher.
