Aims
Who is this session appropriate for?
Our training courses are available to anyone who is responsible for or will be involved in the different stages of performance management, e.g. managers, senior leaders, governors, etc.
Objectives
By the end of this session, participants will have:
- Appreciated the importance of performance management
- Established a clear understanding of what performance management is
- Understood the link between performance management and pay
- Understood how to manage under-performance and the link to capability
- Understood monitoring and equalities considerations
Sessions
We are running sessions both in the autumn term as well as in the summer term, to help prepare the following year, where schools start the process before the end of the school year.
These will be held virtually.
