As the Assistant Director - Strategy, Transformation and Business Intelligence - I lead our Service Development, Central Support, Adult Learning and Southwark Safeguarding Children Partnership Teams.

We support the whole of Children's Services in the delivery of policy, strategy, projects and transformation, and our approach to continuous improvement. We work closely with leaders and services inside and outside of the Council to ensure that the services we provide to children and families are enabled to do their best work, and that they have the tools and infrastructure they need to perform to the best of their abilities. We also support the day-to-day administration and business management of the services.

We lead Southwark's Adult Learning Service, supporting lifelong learning and skills development for residents, and provide strategic and operational support to the Southwark Safeguarding Children Partnership, ensuring partners work effectively together to keep children safe.
