SEP Taskforces

What are SEP Taskforces?

Southwark Education Partnership (SEP) taskforces are time-limited working groups aimed at resolving tangible system and process issues that Southwark education settings face. They are made up of Southwark education leaders and local authority officers, working in partnership.

An appropriate local authority officer with the knowledge of the problem is usually identified to lead the working group and support change making processes.
