Aims
The aim is to enable teachers to assess accurately and consistently in writing, reading and mathematics for Y2. During the session teachers will moderate collections of children’s work as a group and have the opportunity to consider gaps in learning, share practise and discuss any concerns with consultants and/or LA moderators.
Summary
It is essential that teachers bring evidence (e.g. books, cross-curricular evidence) for at least two children (one middle attainer and one higher attainer) for writing, reading and maths.
Sessions on Monday 13th and Tuesday 14th (AM session) will be lead by Pippa Agyemang, Sessions on Tuesday 14th (PM session) and Wednesday 7th (moved from 15th) session will be lead Diane Andrews
