Aims
The purpose of the induction is:
- to strengthen the role of the School Business Manager
- to encourage partnership working between schools
- to promote the sharing of good practice
Summary
About the Induction
The Schools HR team, in partnership with the wider Education department and teams in the Council, are running a NEW SBM Induction for:
- New SBMs who have joined in the last two years
- Existing SBMs who would like a refresher on different areas of their work.
- School office staff looking to expand their knowledge and skills in SBM-related areas
There will be five sessions over the academic year 2025/2026 and all sessions are free to attend.
The sessions will be held in person at Tooley Street between 1pm-4pm.
