Wellbeing First - IMHARS Celebration

Aims

• Explore the latest developments in emotional, social & physical wellbeing and mental health, including, understanding resilience and how to develop resilience as part of a whole-school/college inclusive approach to improving children and young people’s wellbeing and mental health (WB & MH)
• Learn from schools sharing their practice on adopting a whole-school/college inclusive approach in promoting positive WB & MH, including trauma-informed practice
• Learn about local and national services that can provide support for schools
• Continue strengthening local collaborations and partnership working as well as engage with experts
• Identify further CPD, training and support that schools would find most helpful
• Access the new “Wellbeing First: IMHARS resources, support and funding” for schools/colleges, created by “IMAHRS & HS Champion schools” for all schools across Southwark
