CENMAC 

Assistive Technology in Education

CENMAC are a team of specialists who support children and young people experiencing barriers to learning and/or communication to access the curriculum and/or to communicate using assistive technology.

 

Important Update as of March 2026

Southwark LA is temporarily pausing new CENMAC referrals during a service review. No new referrals for CENMAC assessments will be processed during this review period, except for urgent, emergency or new arrivals.

Children and young people already receiving CENMAC support will continue to receive their provision as usual.
