What to do in your first term as a SENCO?

An introductory session for SENCOs new to the profession, led by Adam Bridle at Alfred Salter Primary School.

This session aims to highlight the practical aspects of getting started as a SENCO, such as:

  • How to organise your year and terms
  • Planning staff CPD
  • Managing support staff
  • Scheduling annual reviews

This session is open to SENCOs new to the profession or those wanting a refresher, it is open to all SENCOs across primary and secondary schools.
