This training is providing a deeper look at safeguarding and providing an overview of safer recruitment, a culture of safe practice and to look at what happens when an allegation is made.
Summary
Reflect on and extend safeguarding knowledge and practice, introduce childminders to safer recruitment, online safety, Southwark Threshold guidance and neglect toolkit.
The roles of the different agencies when an allegation has been made, including that of the Local Authority Designated Officer (LADO), Ofsted, Health and the Police.
