Summary

This full-day training is designed to be practical, engaging, and reflective, supporting early years practitioners to create environments where every child feels seen, valued, and supported. Throughout the day, participants will take part in interactive workshops, group discussions, scenario-based activities, and hands-on planning to explore what inclusion looks like in practice. The session will guide practitioners through the foundations of inclusive practice, help them recognise and challenge bias, and provide strategies for designing an inclusive curriculum and environment. It will also focus on building strong partnerships with families and conclude with personal and setting-wide action planning to embed inclusive approaches effectively.
