This interactive session will explore how early years practitioners and managers can create inclusive environments that respect and celebrate diversity. We will look at practical strategies, theoretical frameworks, and reflective exercises to support children’s identity, belonging, and participation. The training will cover unconscious bias, inclusive resources, cultural sensitivity, and effective communication with families, helping practitioners embed equality and respect into everyday practice.
