Early Years: Foundation Stage Leaders Briefings 2026–27 – 24.09.26

Aims

This training courses is provided free of charge; however, places are limited and funded using public resources. If you book a place on a FREE course and do not attend without prior notice, a flat-rate charge of £25.00 will be applied and you will be invoiced accordingly for each place booked and not attended. This charge helps to recover some of the costs associated with administering and delivering the training, and ensures that valuable places are not left unused when they could have been offered to other participants. If you or an associated practitioner from your setting is unable to attend, please let us know within 48 hours of the course date so that the place can be reallocated. 

This will be the first Foundation Stage Leaders Briefing of the new academic year. The session will be hosted by the Head of Early Years and the Early Years Consultant, who will share key national and local updates, facilitate discussion, answer questions, and provide information on forthcoming events for the term and year ahead. We have chosen to remain online for our sessions this year and will continue to offer them at no cost to all schools. We understand the challenges of getting out of school and the costs involved, so we believe the best way to deliver key messages is online. This will minimise delivery costs and make the most efficient use of everyone's time. Recordings of the sessions will also be available for those who book a place but are unable to attend.
