Summary

The Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Act 2023 will come into force on 26 October 2024 and all employers must take proactive steps to prevent sexual harassment.

The Schools' HR Team are running two workshops for school leaders and governors on how they can fulfil their duty to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment.
