Aims
The aim of these briefings is to provide updates on current, local and national initiatives, in-depth advice on key issues relating to senior leaders' practice.
Summary
The team will share and discuss developments both local and national that are relevant to the leadership and management roles of Deputy Headteachers and Assistant Headteachers in school.
Each session will also include a development activity to prepare Deputies and Assistant heads to take on the responsibilities of a Headteacher. Development opportunities will focus on building knowledge and skills in less familiar areas such as Human Resources and finance.
