IOSH Managing Safety (for schools only)

Aims

This course covers:

• Introducing managing safety
•  Assessing risks
•  Controlling risks
•  Understanding responsibilities
• Understanding hazards
•  Investigating incidents
• Measuring Performance

In order to successfully complete the course and gain IOSH certification, delegates must complete a 45-minute examination to assess their learning and carry out a practical assessment to demonstrate the application of knowledge gained.

Participants will be able to:

• Get up-to-speed on the practical actions you need to take

• Gain the knowledge and tools to tackle the safety and health issues you’re responsible for

• Understand how safety and health is an integral part of day-to-day management

Please note that this is a 3 day course.
