Road Safety and Sustainable Travel

The work of the Road Safety & Sustainable Travel Team is to actively encourage all of our Southwark schools to promote healthier travel behaviours and habits such as walking, scooting and cycling to school. By encouraging our schools to engage with the school travel plan process we can help our schools to reduce congestion and improve road safety outside the school. The team is able to offer a comprehensive package of measures in support of the school travel plan process, these packages are listed in the chapters within this page and we would invite you to book up to them accordingly.
