Support Staff Southwark Pay Scales - 2023/2024 - 13/11/2023

The Southwark NJC Payscales have been updated and are now available on the Schools HR website for subscribers.

This is for the period from 1 April 2023 until 31 March 2024 for employees (staff grade 1 – 12).

For those in scope this will mean from 1 April 2023:

  • a pay increase on basic salaries of £2,352 on all pay points up to and including spine point 48
  •  allowances including planned overtime also to increase by 3.88%.

Schools will need to implement this for all currently employed eligible staff and backdate payment to 1 April 2024.
