NJC Pay Award Update 2023/2024 - Agreement Reached - 01/11/2023

The 2023 Pay award for Support Staff has been agreed covering the period from 1^st April 2023 to 31^st March 2024.

The new pay scales will be following in due course once these have been produced by Corporate HR for the Council as a whole.

You are strongly advised not to do anything until this is sent to you.

In the meanwhile, please note the attached letter from the Local Government employers regarding back pay and Universal Credit, which is an issue at many schools.
