SEND panel meeting held and decision on funding made



Application for funding refused

Letter of explanation issued as soon as possible 



Application for funding agreed

Letter with details of funding issued as soon as possible 

This may include details of arrangements for the monitoring of provision, if applicable



Funding will be paid within 2 weeks of each panel
