Aims
Managing Change in Schools
Schools go through many different types of change, including restructures and redundancy. For that reason, it is important that line managers understand the process and are upskilled to manage change effectively.
Who this course is relevant for:
Senior leaders and managers and anyone who is line managing staff.
Aims of the course:
- To understand the importance of managing staffing issues in a timely way
- To know when to involve your HR Business Partner
- To make the transition from informal management action to formal action in line with the appropriate School’s HR policy
- To understand the employment law framework and the ACAS codes of practice

This training is an online session. You will be provided with the Microsoft Teams link to join the meeting prior to the start of the training.
