Aims

This interactive session is principally designed to prepare subject and phase leaders for inspection.

This session will cover pertinent aspects of the role of the middle leader during an ofsted inspection; how to plan, achieve and succinctly articulate positive impact from improvement activity. 

Summary

This session will support middle leaders to understand the expectations during the Ofsted inspection process and how to prepare effectively for inspection including questions that may be asked and how to communicate effectively with an Ofsted inspector.
