1. Read the Operating Manual for the School Inclusion Hub for information on how the hub is expected to be delivered, evaluated and supported.

 

2. Complete our online microsoft application form: Lead - School Inclusion Hub

Due: 4 pm, 14th September

 

3. Alongside your online form application, submit a copy of the Hub Planning Tool to  SEP@southwark.gov.uk
