Aims

This half day training promotes practitioners understanding, inclusivity, and sensitivity which is crucial in creating a more accepting and supportive environment for LGBTQ+ individuals.

Delivered by Tracy Martinez who is a passionate advocate for LGBTQ+ rights and inclusivity, with over two decades of dedicated service to the LGBTQ+ community. Her training provides a safe space for open discussion and encourages participants to ask sensitive questions.  She fosters an environment where individuals can learn, grow, and gain a deeper understanding of LGBTQ+ issues without fear of judgment,

Summary

The training will include 2 modules: - 

Module 1 - ‘Breaking the binary’
