Flexible Working Ambassador - MATs and Schools - 26/01/2024

Flexible Working Ambassador MATS and Schools offer bespoke, peer-to peer-support to schools and trusts in embedding flexible working. Flexible Working Ambassadors can offer practical advice on designing a policy, developing a flexible working culture, and on overcoming common challenges such as timetabling and budgeting, as well as highlighting the importance of ‘flexible hiring’.

Each region has a dedicated Flexible Working Ambassador, and there are specialist Flexible Working Ambassadors for SEND Schools, AP/PRU settings and schools in areas of high disadvantage.

Flexible Working Ambassadors are part of the Flexible Working Programme, which also includes free webinars and resources.
