Better Hiring Toolkit for Local Government - Safer Recruitment & More Effective / Efficient Recruitment Processes - 26/01/2024

Colleagues at the London Government Association (LGA) have been working with the Better Hiring Institute, which has been set up/funded by the Government to produce toolkits for different sectors of the UK economy to help raise awareness of safer recruitment and more effective/efficient recruitment processes.  Reed UK won the contract to run the project, and they have been working across different sectors producing the toolkits, e.g. financial sector, care sector, as well as a better hiring toolkit for local govt.
