STPCD 2022 Update – Additional Coronation Bank Holiday

The DfE laid the Statutory Instruct in Parliament on 30th March 2023 and published the modification doc on GOV.UK that amends the 2022 STPCD to take account of the coronation bank holiday

DfE have confirmed that, contrary to what was initially envisaged, DfE decided to publish a standalone modification document that sets out in one place all of the relevant amendments to the STPCD, rather than amending and republishing the entire STPCD.  The legal effect is the same.
