Menopause Wellbeing Support - 22/02/2024

In October 2023, Leicester employment tribunal began hearing the case of Rooney v Leicester City Council. It is the first case where a person's menopausal symptoms have been deemed by an appeal court to potentially amount to a disability for the purposes of the Equality Act 2010.

To support with ensuring that schools provide adequate menopause support for their staff, we have added some menopause resources to the wellbeing page on the Schools HR website. Please find the resources by following this link:
