NJC Terms & Conditions Local government pay 2023
The National Employers have not been able to reach agreement with the national committees of (UNISON, GMB and Unite) on the full and final offer to local government services (‘Green Book’) employees.
This would be from 1st April 2023 and affects support staff on NJC terms and conditions.
School action:
1.Schools are advised to budget on the basis of last year’s uplift, but be mindful that this is an estimate and may be higher or lower.
2.Schools to liaise with Schools Finance regarding any budgeting queries for 2023/34.
