Leading the Way: How Governors can Drive EDI in Schools - NEXT STEPS

Led by EqualiTeach.. The session will explore barriers to engaging with equality, diversity and inclusion, clarify schools’ duties under the Equality Act 2010, and highlight how data and strategy can drive progress. Governors will also learn how to reduce bias in key decisions and hold leadership to account.  

Target Audience - the course is relevant to all governors but would benefit Chairs who wish to develop their boards.
